İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.Within the scope of the private placement capital increase process, which was publicly disclosed through our Company's material event disclosures dated 07.07.2026, 07.08.2026, 12.08.2026, 14.08.2026, 17.08.2026 and 20.08.2026, an additional capital advance in the amount of TL 298,200,000 has been transferred to our Company's bank account by our main shareholder, Smart Holding A.Ş. - to whom the shares to be issued in the capital increase are planned to be allocated - to be offset against the sale price of the said shares, without being tied to any maturity and free of interest. In this context, the total amount transferred to our Company's accounts has reached TL 2 billion. The said amounts will be used in line with the purposes specified in the report on the use of proceeds to be obtained from the capital increase.
