Hayır Süreç İptal Nedeni Şirketimizin 25.09.2026 tarihinde (bugün) yapılan yönetim kurulu toplantısında; 1. Şirketimizin 06.08.2026 tarih ve 2026/20 sayılı yönetim kurulu kararı ile başlatılan, İdeacore Finansal Yatırımlar A.Ş'nin tüm aktif ve pasifleriyle birlikte devralınması suretiyle gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan birleşme sürecinin, taraflarca yapılan değerlendirmeler doğrultusunda birleşmeden öngörülen faydanın elde edilemeyeceği değerlendirildiğinden sona erdirilmesine, birleşme işleminden vazgeçilmesine 2. Birleşme sürecinin iptali kapsamında, söz konusu işleme ilişkin olarak daha önce alınmış kararların ve süreç kapsamında yapılmış başvuruların ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde tüm hukuki sonuçları ile birlikte geri çekilmesine/sonlandırılmasına, 3.
