Today, due to the plaintiff's failure to attend the hearing, the Istanbul 10th Commercial Court of First Instance has ruled, pursuant to Article 150 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK), to discontinue the proceedings until they are renewed by one of the parties.This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes.
