AçıklamalarŞirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22.09.2026 tarihli (bugün) toplantısında;1) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (Kurul) 19.03.2025 tarihli 16/531 sayılı kararı dikkate alınarak, 26.05.2026 tarihinde Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile yürürlüğe konulan pay geri alım programının revize edilmesine,2) Bu kapsamda;a) 26 Mayıs 2026 tarihinden itibaren azami 1 yıl süreyle geçerli olacak şekilde mevcut süre içerisinde kalınmasına,b) Pay geri alımına konu olabilecek azami pay sayısının 150.000.000 nominal değerli adet olarak belirlenmesine,c) Pay geri alımı için ayrılabilecek azami fon tutarının 500.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmesine,d) İşlemler için Şirket yönetiminin yetkilendirilmesine,e) Programın diğer hükümlerinin aynen uygulanmasına, f) İşbu karar kapsamında, Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda gerekli özel durum açıklamalarının yapılması ve pay geri alımına ilişkin kararın yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul'da ortakların bilgisine sunulmasına,Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. Saygılarımızla, Yukarıdaki açıklamalarımızın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu‘nun yürürlükteki Özel Durumlar Tebliğinde yer alan esaslara uygun olduğunu, bu konuda/konularda tarafımıza ulaşan bilgileri tam olarak yansıttığını, bilgilerin defter, kayıt ve belgelerimize uygun olduğunu, konuyla ilgili bilgileri tam ve doğru olarak elde etmek için gerekli tüm çabaları gösterdiğimizi ve yapılan bu açıklamalardan sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
