Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) belirlediği usul ve esaslar çerçevesinde sorumluluklarımızı yerine getirmek ve sürecin ilgili kurumlarla koordinasyon içerisinde yürütülmesini sağlamak üzere çalışmalarımızı sürdürüyoruz.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margn-left:35.4pt"><span style="lineheight: 1.42857;">Fonlarımıza yapılan girişlerin yatırıma dönüştürüldüğü dönemde iletilen iade talimatları, kısa süre içerisinde yoğunlaşmış ve toplamda yaklaşık 300 milyar TL'ye varan topyekûn bir çıkış talebine dönüşmüştür. Bu taleplerin eş zamanlı olarak karşılanması için gereken nakit ihtiyacı, fon portföylerindeki varlıkların nakde dönüştürülme süreciyle birlikte yönetilmektedir. Bu büyüklükte bir talebin bu kadar kısa sürede karşılanmasının hiçbir finans kuruluşu için kolay olmayacağı takdir edilecektir.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margn-left:35.4pt"><span style="lineheight: 1.42857;">Bu süreçte, Kurul kararı uyarınca tasfiye kapsamı dışında kalan fonlarımızın bir bölümünde, yatırımcılarımızın satış talimatlarına ilişkin ödemeler şirketimiz tarafından yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Tera Portföy Birinci Borçlanma Araçları (TL) Fon (TRJ), Tera Portföy Fon Sepeti Fonu (FSU), Tera Portföy İkinci Serbest (Döviz) Fon (TMM) ve Tera Portföy Katılım Serbest (Döviz) Fon (TRU) için verilen iade talimatlarının ödemesi 16,17 ve 18 Eylül 2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup söz konusu talimatlara ilişkin olarak yatırımcılarımızın Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'den ilgili tarihlere ilişkin alacağı kalmamıştır.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margn-left:35.4pt"><span style="lineheight: 1.42857;">Ancak 18 Eylül 2026 tarihinde Takasbank nezdindeki hesabımıza getirilen işlem kısıtları ve blokeler nedeniyle yatırımcılarımıza yapılan ödemelere devam edilememiştir.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margn-left:35.4pt"><span style="lineheight: 1.42857;">Tasfiye kapsamındaki fonlara ilişkin sürecin, önceki açıklamamızda paylaşıldığı üzere, SPK'nın belirlediği esaslar çerçevesinde ve yetkilendirilen Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. tarafından yürütülmesine karar verilmiştir.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margn-left:35.4pt"><span style="lineheight: 1.42857;">Grubumuzun üst yönetimi ve icra ekipleri görevlerinin başındadır. The liquidity required to meet these requests simultaneously is being managed together with the process of converting the assets in the fund portfolios into cash. It should be appreciated that meeting a request of this magnitude within such a short period of time would not be easy for any financial institution.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">During this process, with respect to certain of our funds that remain outside the scope of liquidation pursuant to the decision of the CMB, payments relating to our investors' redemption instructions have been made by our Company. In this context, payments relating to redemption instructions submitted for Tera Portföy Birinci Borçlanma Araçları (TL) Fon (TRJ), Tera Portföy Fon Sepeti Fonu (FSU), Tera Portföy İkinci Serbest (Döviz) Fon (TMM) and Tera Portföy Katılım Serbest (Döviz) Fon (TRU) were made on 16, 17 and 18 September 2026, and our investors have no outstanding receivables from Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. in relation to such instructions for the relevant dates.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">However, due to transaction restrictions and blocks imposed on our account held with Takasbank on 18 September 2026, payments to our investors could not be continued.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">As stated in our previous disclosure, it has been decided that the process relating to the funds within the scope of liquidation will be carried out in accordance with the principles determined by the CMB and by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., which has been authorized for this purpose.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Our Group's senior management and executive teams remain in office and continue to perform their duties. Our teams are closely following the process with the relevant institutions to enable our investors to access their savings, complete the payment processes and ensure that the relevant amounts become available for use, and continue to take all necessary steps within the scope of our responsibilities.
