tüm aktif ve pasifleriyle birlikte Bulls Yatırım Holding Anonim Şirketi'ne ("Bulls Holding") devredilmesi suretiyle iki şirketin birleşmesine ve devamında araç filo kiralama faaliyetlerinin "yatırım holding" faaliyetlerinden ayrıştırılması amacıyla söz konusu faaliyet alanlarının ayrı şirket bünyesinde yürütülmesini teminen bölünme işleminin gerçekleştirilmesine ("İşlem") karar verildiği duyurulmuştur.Diğer taraftan, Şirketimiz'in 15.09.2026 tarihli yönetim kurulu kararı ile;1) Söz konusu birleşme işleminden beklenen maliyet avantajı ve operasyonel faydaların elde edilemeyeceğinin değerlendirilmesi nedeniyle, bu aşamada söz konusu İşlem'den vazgeçilmesine,2) Şirketimiz'in İşlem'e ilişkin 08.07.2026 tarih ve 2026/23 sayılı yönetim kurulu kararlarının kaldırılmasınakarar verilmiştir.Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.
