Sayın Cansel Albayrak'ın istifası Yönetim Kurulumuzun 14.09.2026 tarihli kararı ile kabul edilmiş olup, bugüne kadar Şirketimize sağlamış olduğu değerli katkılarından dolayı kendisine teşekkür eder, çalışma hayatında başarılar dileriz. Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 363'üncü maddesi uyarınca, boşalan Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu üyeliğine, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak ve ayrılan üyenin kalan görev süresini tamamlamak üzere Sayın Erkan Ateş'in Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmasına oy çokluğuyla karar verilmiştir. Erkan Ateş, İstanbul Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi mezunu olup finans, muhasebe ve kurumsal yönetim alanlarında köklü bir tecrübeye sahiptir. Kariyeri boyunca finansal disiplin, bütçe ve kaynak yönetimi ile operasyonel süreçlerin sevk ve idaresinde üst düzey sorumluluklar üstlenmiştir. Profesyonel iş hayatında alanında öncü kuruluşlarda Finans ve Muhasebe Müdürü olarak görev yapan Ateş; finansal planlama, nakit akış yönetimi, raporlama ve muhasebe operasyonlarını yürütmektedir. Yönetici kimliğinin yanı sıra girişimci ve yatırımcı olarak farklı ticari alanlarda faaliyet gösteren şirketlerin yönetim süreçlerine katkı sağlamaktadır. Reel sektörde yer alan kurumsal yapılarda Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı ve CIO olarak görev alan Ateş, bununla birlikte bünyesinde bulunduğu farklı yapılarda üst düzey yöneticilik görevlerini üstlenmiştir. Finansal yönetim uzmanlığını üst düzey yöneticilik tecrübesiyle birleştiren Erkan Ateş; stratejik karar alma, finansal kontrol, kurumsal yapılandırma, operasyonel sevk ve idare ile yatırım yönetimi alanlarında faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.
