Söz konusu inceleme, Şirketimizin 2024 hesap döneminde gerçekleştirdiği taşınmaz satışından doğan kazanca ilişkin uygulanan kurumlar vergisi istisnası kapsamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Düzenlenen vergi/ceza ihbarnameleri kapsamında;2024 hesap dönemi Kurumlar Vergisi yönünden 6.237.842,65 TL vergi aslı ve 6.292.932,72 TL vergi ziyaı cezası,2024 yılı geçici vergilendirme dönemi yönünden ise 5.943.608,63 TL vergi ziyaı cezası tarh/tahakkuk ettirilmiştir. Geçici vergi yönünden raporda hesaplanan 5.942.318,81 TL geçici vergi aslı, mahsup döneminin geçmiş olması nedeniyle ilgili mevzuat uyarınca tahakkuk ettirilmeyecek olup, söz konusu tutar üzerinden ilgili dönem için gecikme faizi hesaplanabilecektir. Şirketimiz, söz konusu vergi inceleme raporları ve vergi/ceza ihbarnamelerine ilişkin yasal haklarını değerlendirmekte olup, konuya ilişkin idari ve/veya hukuki süreçlere başvurulması halinde gelişmeler sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.
