Kuruluş sürecinin ardından bağlı ortaklığımız bünyesindeki ticari ve üretim yapılanmasına ilişkin güncel gelişmeler aşağıda yer almaktadır: Satış ve Dağıtım Faaliyetleri: Bağlı ortaklığımız, bölgedeki saha penetrasyonunu ve satış ağını hızlandırmak amacıyla 1 Eylül 2026 tarihi itibarıyla 30 kişiden oluşan saha satış ve pazarlama ekibiyle fiili operasyonlarına başlamıştır. Pazar payımızın artırılmasına paralel olarak ilerleyen dönemlerde bu ekibin kademeli olarak genişletilmesi planlanmaktadır. Yeni Gummy Üretim Tesisi Devralma Görüşmeleri: Bölgedeki yerel üretim kapasitemizi hızla devreye almak amacıyla, Özbekistan'da yer alan, yeni ve modern teknoloji altyapısına sahip, aylık 100.000 kutu üretim kapasiteli mevcut bir gummy (çiğnenebilir jel formda takviye edici gıda) üretim tesisinin bağlı ortaklığımız bünyesine devralınmasına yönelik resmi görüşmelere başlanmıştır. Söz konusu tesis devralma sürecinin tamamlanmasıyla birlikte; bölgede hızla artan çiğnenebilir jel formdaki takviye edici gıda talebine yerel üretim maliyet avantajı ve yüksek tedarik hızıyla yanıt verilmesi, aynı zamanda çevre ülke pazarlarına yönelik ihracat potansiyelimizin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir. Sürece ilişkin bağlayıcı sözleşmelerin imzalanması, devir şartlarının kesinleşmesi ve gerekli resmi onayların alınması aşamalarında Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı hükümleri çerçevesinde kamuoyu ve değerli yatırımcılarımız bilgilendirilmeye devam edilecektir.
