Önemli Nitelikteki İşlemler ve Ayrılma Hakkı Tebliği (II-23.3) uyarınca, pay sahiplerinin ayrılma hakkı doğmuştur. Ayrılma hakkı fiyatı, Önemli Nitelikteki İşlemler ve Ayrılma Hakkı Tebliği'nin 14'üncü maddesi çerçevesinde, her biri 1,00 TL nominal değerli pay başına, kararın kamuya açıklanma tarihinden önceki son 6 aylık dönem içinde Borsa'da oluşan günlük düzeltilmiş ağırlıklı ortalama fiyatların aritmetik ortalaması olan 30,0532 TL olarak belirlenmiştir.
