Şirketimiz tarafından ihraç edilen beheri 1 TL nominal değerli (B) grubu 10.288.924 TL payların 6,11 TL birim fiyat üzerinden, toplam satış hasılatı 62.865.330,01 TL olacak şekilde, Borsa pay piyasasında toptan satış yöntemi ile İzzettin KAPLAN' a satış işlemi gerçekleşmiştir. Satış bedelinin daha önce şirket banka hesaplarına nakden yatırıldığı anlaşıldığından tahsisli sermaye artırım süreci tamamlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda;

1 - Sermaye artırım işlemleri Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve SPK'nın ilgili tebliğlerinde belirtilen usul ve esaslara uygun olarak tamamlandığından, şirket esas sözleşmesinin 6.maddesine ilişkin tadil metninin onaylanması için Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvurulmasına ve Kurulun uygun görüşünün alınmasını müteakip sermaye artırım işlemlerinin İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü nezdinde tescil edilmesine ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde ilan edilmesine,

2 – Esas sözleşmemizin Sermaye Arttırımına ilişkin ekteki tadil metninin kabulüne,

katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
